There are times in a woman’s life when she knows something needs to change, not just on the surface, but at a deeper level.
You may feel stuck in repeating patterns, struggling with weight, confidence, emotions, or a sense of identity. You may be navigating perimenopause or menopause and feel as though your body no longer responds in the way it once did. Or you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or held back by something you cannot quite put into words, even when life looks fine from the outside.
My work supports women to move beyond simply coping and managing symptoms, and into meaningful, lasting change.
I specialise in helping women understand and release unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints that often originate earlier in life and continue to influence how we think, feel, behave, and experience our bodies as adults.
Understanding the deeper roots
Much of what shapes us as adults is formed in childhood. Beliefs about safety, self-worth, control, responsibility, and belonging are often created during early experiences, particularly if emotions were not fully processed or supported at the time.
These experiences are stored in the unconscious mind and can quietly influence our emotional responses, habits, relationships, stress levels, and physical health.
During major life transitions, such as perimenopause and menopause, these unprocessed experiences can resurface. This is one reason menopause symptoms are often intensified, emotionally and physically. Hormonal changes can lower resilience, making long held emotional patterns more visible and more impactful.
Rather than seeing this as something going wrong, my approach views it as an opportunity for deeper healing and realignment.
How my approach works
While counselling and talking therapies can be supportive, they often focus on understanding difficulties and learning strategies to manage them. My work goes a step further by addressing the root cause of what is driving symptoms and repeating patterns.
Using hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and emotional alignment, we work directly with the unconscious mind, where beliefs, emotional memories, and automatic responses are held.
This allows change to happen without endlessly revisiting the past or reliving difficult experiences. Instead, the mind and body are supported to release what is no longer needed, creating space for calm, clarity, confidence, and choice.

The HypnoMenopause® approach
As a trained HypnoMenopause® Practitioner, I support women before, during, and beyond menopause using an integrated, evidence informed approach.
This includes hypnotherapy, CBT hypnosis, NLP, mindset coaching, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, education, and self-hypnosis tools.
Menopause is not just a hormonal transition. It is often a time of emotional change, identity shifts, sleep disruption, fatigue, anxiety, and changes in confidence. By addressing both the physical transition and the unconscious mind, women feel more informed, empowered, and supported during this stage of life.
A joined up, holistic support network
I believe women thrive best when support is joined up rather than fragmented.
I work in partnership with a menopause specialist doctor accredited by the British Menopause Society, enabling referral for medical assessment and personalised treatment where appropriate. I also work alongside a female personal trainer who specialises in women’s and menopause focused fitness, and a nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health.
Together, we support the alignment of mind, body, emotions, and wellbeing, helping women build long term health, resilience, and vitality.
The Aligned Body Collective
I am also the founder of the Aligned Body Collective, a women’s wellbeing and weight loss membership that focuses on alignment rather than restriction, and understanding rather than punishment.
Through this work, I support women to eat, train, and think in a way that works with their hormones, not against them. Hormonal health plays a vital role in energy levels, mood, cravings, weight, motivation, and emotional balance, particularly during perimenopause and menopause.
When women stop fighting their bodies and begin working in harmony with them, everything starts to change. Energy improves, emotional stability increases, confidence grows, and weight loss becomes more sustainable and supportive of long-term health.
This approach moves away from rigid plans and willpower and instead helps women understand what their bodies need at this stage of life, supporting physical, emotional, and hormonal wellbeing.

I offer personalised one to one support, tailored to what you are experiencing and what you need most at this stage of your life.
Rather than fitting you into a fixed programme, we work together to address the symptoms and challenges you are facing, whether these are emotional, physical, hormonal, or a combination of all three.
This may include support with menopause related symptoms, emotional eating or weight struggles, anxiety or overwhelm, confidence issues, or long-standing patterns rooted in earlier life experiences. Sessions are adapted to you, using the most appropriate therapeutic approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.

Practical details
I work with women aged 18 and over.
Sessions are available face to face and online.
I offer a free 30 minute telephone or online consultation, allowing us to explore what you are experiencing and see whether my approach feels right for you.
