I was born in Oldham, Lancashire and moved to Christchurch with my parents when I was 3 years old. I went to Christchurch Primary School, Christchurch Junior School and then Twynham Comprehensive School. I then transferred to The Grange Comprehensive School to do a Commercial Course. I have two sons who both live in the area, and I now live in Bournemouth.

In my spare time I enjoy zumba, dance, yoga, cooking, knitting and I love to travel.

For many years I could feel the heat in my hands (latent Reiki) but did not know what it was. My husband used to get bad stress-related headaches and I would place my hands on his forehead and the headaches would go almost instantly. I used to joke and say “shall I put my healing hands on you to see if I can get rid of your headache”. Little did I know that was exactly what I was doing.

It took me a long time to realise that I had a purpose which was not what I had been doing most of my working life. I had always worked in offices as a secretary, but was never 100% fulfilled.

I started along my spiritual path as a Reiki therapist after attending various Reiki workshops before receiving my Reiki 1 Attunement in October 2006, I received my Reiki 2 Attunement in January 2007 and attained my Reiki Masters Degree in January 2008.

Over the years I have studied Reiki and Mediumship and I would describe myself as a developing medium. I belong to and sit in several circles which allow me to develop my connection with this world and the next.

My hope is that I can use the connection I have with the Higher Realms to pass on messages of love, encouragement and hope where appropriate and if the recipient desires. My aim in this life now is to help heal those in need and to pass on Love, Light and Healing to everyone I come into contact with.

Reiki has totally transformed my life.
